We built a bilingual portal with menu-driven architecture, multilingual routing, and online registration—one public entry for news, publications, communications, projects, and conferences.

Solution
Built an ASP.NET MVC menu-driven portal: news, publications, newsletters, academic events, projects, and committee pages mapped by menu templates; multilingual friendly URL routing; online conference registration to DB with admin file downloads; validated e-newsletter signup with topic categories; mobile layout redirect.
Results
Academic content unified under menu-driven navigation—visitors browse all modules from one structure. Conference registration moved online—records persist in DB with admin file downloads, reducing email/paper consolidation. Bilingual content follows encoding rules and menu mapping—friendly URLs reduce broken locale links. E-newsletter signup validated and categorized by topic and region for downstream mailings.
