Agencies must centralize non-staff labor and health insurance filings, but data sits across bureau return files, unit-maintained records, and multi-month change logs—tier reconciliation and month-end reports are heavy. We built a management system with bureau file import, tier-difference checks, centralized report export, and agency SSO—scoped by unit permissions.

Multiple county units share bus-shelter ad slots; availability relied on manual replies, overlapping bookings needed post-hoc coordination, and application records were hard to retain. We built a rental platform with map, calendar, and submit-time conflict checks—consolidating availability lookup, audit, and Word/Excel generation in one portal.

Agencies must convert approved subsidy cases to standard format and upload to the central disclosure platform—manual conversion and batch confirmation on the central site was slow and error-prone. We built a disclosure platform with internal extract, format conversion, API upload, and scheduled polling—one portal for upload, query, and reports.

We built a group tour platform linking tour master records, template document generation, and scheduled state progression—from product planning through settlement in one portal.

Operators must run B2C shopping, loyalty, and site content on one platform—but listing through checkout, ticket issuance, loyalty redemption, and CMS lived in separate modules, hiding product progress. We built a unified e-commerce platform integrating shop, travel tickets, portal CMS, and live commerce with external ticket API and reporting.

We built a volunteer management system with a Vue.js admin UI, API layer, and JWT role routing—MOHW-format exports and gov-cloud account login.
